Essex Medi Centre takes patient feedback and complaints very seriously.

If you’re not happy with the service or care you received from Essex Medi Centre, or if you feel you have been treated unfairly you have the right to make a complaint.

Should you wish to make a complaint, you will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within 3 working days. Your complaints will be investigated confidentially.
